Rules & Templates:
To have a success in Breeding; Complete the following:
delicate rules by Delusional
- Breeding Season = Summer
- Breeding threads may happen ANYWHERE within Aiseirigh.
- Fertility stats = # of mares a stud may cover per season, # of foals a mare may birth per lifetime.
- NO graphic breeding descriptions. Keep it PG13, fade to black when things get too hot and heavy OR take it to PM if Necessary.
- An Active(less than a month old) thread with a 3 post minimum per character required to be acceptable as a breeding thread use.
- Failed conceptions are possible - Mares get one more chance to breed that season, Stallion regains mare slot in Fertility Stats
- A NEW breeding thread must be used for any rebreeds after a Failed Conception
- Scribe of either mare/stallion must post individual breeding stats each.
- Characters are fertile by 2 years old, mature by 3 years old. (successful conception at 2yrs is low)
- Mares are allowed to Multi-breed in a season, meaning she can be mounted by multiple stallions and the father is a random chance out of allotted studs.
- Muti-breeding threads are the only one that require the mare stats be posted first.
- Force breeding - technically doesn't happen between wild horses but for plot purposes it can be considered as Compelled breeding. While in Heat/estrus mares are driven by nature to be bred no matter who the stud is in the end, natural selection pushes them towards the best fit male; sometimes there is none so they go with what's there.
- (Only true forced breeding is when Humans are involved and choose who gets to mate who without the horses being able to choose one way or another.)
To have a success in Breeding; Complete the following:
- Create a new thread in 'New Life' Area with the title "Year # - Mare's name + Stallion's name(s)"
- Copy then fill out stats and link to RP Thread between the participating characters.
